POLICE are appealing for information after tools were stolen from a building site in Christchurch.
Officers say between 5pm on Thursday, November 27, and 7am on Friday, November 28, offenders forced their way through the window of a portable cabin on a site in Somerford Avenue.
A bucket of bricklaying tools and a yellow site leveller were taken.
Police are urging anyone who witnessed the theft to come forward.
PC Jim Perks, of Christchurch police, said: “I am appealing for witnesses to the incident to contact Dorset Police.
“I would also like to hear anyone may have been offered such items for sale in suspicious circumstances.”
Witnesses and anyone with information is asked to call Dorset Police on 101, quoting incident number 28:93.
