A NEW hot yoga studio will celebrate its opening by offering free classes to residents.

The One For All Hot Yoga studio, which is located on the second floor of Hanover House in Old Christchurch Road, opposite Horseshoe Common, will open its doors on Monday, February 26.

It will be the first dedicated hot yoga studio to open in Bournemouth town centre.

People are being invited to attend two weeks of free classes until Sunday, March 11, and can attend as many classes as they like.

The studio will offer heated Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, which is suitable for all ages, abilities and experience.

It will provide classes and workshops that relate to posture as well as the philosophy of yoga itself.

Jesse Warde, director of One For All Hot Yoga Ltd with co-founder Lucy Cormack, said: “One For All Hot Yoga seeks to nurture you to create a passionate, healthy and balanced life through the foundations of support, connection, inspiration and fulfilment of your individual needs.

“We care for our students’ wellbeing and invite you to experience true unity with yourself and your community.

“After a long search, we are delighted to have found premises perfectly suited to our requirements and we now look forward to providing this unique service to you all.”
