POLICE carried out searches in the Canford Heath area on Wednesday night following a report of concern for a woman’s welfare.
The NPAS helicopter assisted in the search.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said: “A number of searches were carried out overnight and the woman was located at around 7.45am today, Thursday 22 February 2018 and given appropriate support.”
