Crash driver who failed to stop for police is arrested
A 34-year-old man was arrested after his car collided with another vehicle in Edgehill Road, Winton. Police were searching for the red Mazda RX-8 after the driver failed to stop when requested to do so by police in Poole Road just before 8am on Thursday. No one was injured. The man was arrested on suspicion of driving offences and is helping police with their inquiries.
