THERE were 44 noise complaints from 29 people over aircraft using Bournemouth Airport between July 2016 and June 2017.
Of the 44, only six planes were found to be in breach of noise regulations and reminded of operational restrictions, the airport's consultative committee heard.
For the same period, 82 complaints were received from one resident in Merley.
These were mainly about Cobham aircraft, although the company had operation within regulations.
The committee was told the complainant was "vociferous" and the airport had done all it could to address the concerns.
Overall, total aircraft movements per complaint were within target.
