TOWN centre lap-dancing club Spearmint Rhino has reapplied for its sex establishment licence.
The Bournemouth nightspot formally made the application to the council last week.
Objectors now have until Monday, July 10 to contact the council and make a representation.
It comes after the Yelverton Road premises had its licence renewed for a 12-month period in September last year.
The club’s future had previously been in doubt when it was put on “probation” by the council in 2014 following claims of exploitation.
These included accusations that vulnerable customers had been allowed to spend thousands of pounds in the space of just a few hours without their knowledge.
The company that owns Spearmint Rhino, Sassy Productions Limited, denied the allegations.
