A MAN arrested for spitting at two bus drivers has been released without charge.
The 58-year-old man was investigated for common assault after two allegations of assault earlier this year.
The first incident was reported to have taken place at around 7.30pm on Saturday, January 14, on a bus stopped at Ashley Road in Boscombe.
Police received a second report of assault on a bus driver that occurred at around 1pm on Saturday, February 4.
It is alleged that the bus driver was spat at while the bus was stationary at a bus stop at Horseshoe Common.
Footage of the alleged incident emerged on social media and saw a man removed from the Yellow Bus by the driver.
