On Friday 16th May, friends in the South of England will be swapping a night out on the town for a Night In with their favourite people – all in the name of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Night In is great fun and so simple. Whether it’s a girly night on the sofa or cocktails and posh nibbles, it's a fab excuse for an evening in with your friends to catch up on the important things in life. Taking part is easy: just donate the money you would have spent on a night out to Macmillan, and let the good times roll.

And the best bit: every pound you raise will make a huge difference. It will mean that someone who’s living with cancer will have a constant source of support to help them take back control of life and feel themselves again. Last year there were 246,669 people living with cancer in the South of England, and Macmillan was able to answer 6,629 calls and fund 355 nurses in the South. So you can really see the difference your Night In will make to people affected by cancer in your area.

You and your friends are part of something big – all over the country people are having a Night In for Macmillan. So get together with your favourite people to eat, drink, laugh, catch up. And help make sure that no one has to face cancer alone in 2014.
