ANTLERS and red noses at the ready. The second annual Reindeer Run returns to Boscombe Pier this Saturday.
The 5k fundraiser will see participants walk, jog or run to raise money for Bournemouth Hospital Charity.
The run, sponsored by Christchurch-based solicitors Williams Thompsons, takes place between 4.30pm and 6pm and a DJ will be on hand playing festive music to get participants into the Christmas spirit.
The registration fee is £10 for adults and £5 for children under 16 and all participants will receive reindeer antlers and a flashing nose.
Suzanne Kadziola said “We are elated to be supporting Royal Bournemouth Hospital Charity’s Reindeer Run.
"People of all ages can enjoy a fantastic day out while helping this great charity acquire the necessary funds to continue its vital community.
"We are looking forward to seeing all the energetic reindeer on 9th December and we hope everyone will donate whatever sum they can.”
Maria Tidy, Royal Bournemouth Hospital’s Corporate Fundraiser, said: “This is a fantastic fundraising event! Not only does it bring people together for a day of festive fun, but it also helps the Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals.
"We hope the Reindeer Run will be as successful as last year and will become a festive tradition for many years to come.”
