AN indoor market in Boscombe has been closed since Monday afternoon because of an "issue with the power supply".
Zervo Flexi Village opened in the former TJ Hughes unit adjacent to the Sovereign Shopping Centre in 2015.
It operates as a concession style department store which allows traders to rent a space within the store and sell their own goods.
On Tuesday morning the Echo was contacted by traders who sell their goods at the store, to say it had suddenly closed.
Staff at the store in Christchurch Road said there had been an electrical issue which they were working to get sorted.
They said they expected everything to be up and running as normal by Wednesday.
However yesterday the store remained closed.
A spokesman from the Sovereign Shopping Centre, which owns the unit, said: "Zervo Flexi Village is currently closed due to an internal issue with their power supply.
"As it is unsafe to trade with no power, the unit will remain closed until this is restored.
"All other retailers within the Sovereign Shopping Centre continue to trade as normal and we will update customers when we know more."
