ANDREW STEPHEN DADE, aged 38 and of Kingswell Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a vehicle in Upton Road, Poole on February 13 with not less than 6.2 micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £95, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admits driving with more than 32 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood. No separate penalty. SHANNON LEE FORBES-HAMILTON, alias Stephen Geoffrey Oldfield, aged 61 and of Fawley Green, Bournemouth, admits nine counts of possessing computer equipment, a mobile phone and cameras and not making them, available on request for inspection by a police officer on February 22 in Alum Chine Road, which he was prohibited from doing by a sexual offences prevention order made at Bournemouth Crown Court on August 27 2013. Committed to prison for a total of eight months. Reason: offence so serious because the public need protecting, high risk of offences using internet-enabled devices, in breach of court order. TIFFANY LOUISE LINE, aged 19 and of St Michaels Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Ford KA at Cemetery Junction on April 26 with 91 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement of a maximum of 20 days and carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
