SIMON CHARLES SANDERSON, aged 51, of Westbourne Park Road, London. Admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour at Wimborne Road, Bournemouth. Also admitted committing further offence during the period of a suspended sentence imposed for battery and racially aggravated assault. Fined £100, victim surcharge £30, costs £85. Original suspended sentence of four months’ imprisonment, suspended for 12 months, imposed in 2017 now extended to 13 months. 

STEVEN LEE GOLDSON, aged 45, of Hamilton Road, Bournemouth. Admitted two counts of assaulting a woman by beating. Also admitted stalking the same woman. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Required to participate in accredited programme for 42 days and to take part in activity as required for up to 10 days. To carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within 12 months. Victim surcharge £115. Costs £700. 

LAWRENCE DUNCAN BEST, aged 51, of Palmerston Road, Boscombe. Admitted criminal damage to a police cell. To pay compensation of £47.50.

JORDAN SENA CARNEY, aged 20, of Verney Road, Bournemouth. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to 
report as directed. Fined £150. Costs £60. 

FESTUS GREATEST AROBOINOSEN, aged 36, of Wootton Gardens, Bournemouth, admitted that on March 11 at Bournemouth police station, Madeira Road, Bournemouth, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle. Disqualified from driving for three years, fined £300, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DONNA SHAW, aged 53, of Paddington Close, Bournemouth, admitted between July 7, 2014, and January 1, 2016, dishonestly failed to notify Bournemouth Borough Council about changes in circumstances affecting entitlement to housing benefit. Also admitted between July 1, 2014, and January 8, 2016, dishonestly failed to notify Department for Work and Pensions about changes in circumstances affecting entitlement to employment and support allowance. Sentenced to 16 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

AMBER BEEVER, 21, of Edwina Drive, Poole, admits driving a Renault Twingo on Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in her breath, namely 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit on 10/02/2018. Fined £153. To pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30. To pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

CURTIS JAMES RAYBOULD, 27, of Severn Drive, Taunton, Somerset, admits driving a motor vehicle on Leyland Road, Poole, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit on 11/02/2018. KELLY SAMANTHA COOPER, 38, of Langdon Road, Parkstone, admits stealing items to the value of £245.85 belonging to Tesco Stores at Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth, on 28/10/2017. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20. To pay costs of £85.

LOUISA JUDITH BATEMAN, 43, of Doulton Gardens, Poole, admits driving a Volkswagen Sharan on Doulton Gardens after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in her breath, namely 87 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit on 13/02/2018. SCOTT MARTIN WELLMAN, aged 29, of Samson Road, Poole, admitted that on October 14, last year, at the King’s Head Public House, High Street, Poole, damaged an emergency fire alarm to the value of £67.87 belonging to Hall & Woodhouse Ltd. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, ordered to pay £67.87 compensation, a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 costs.

GARY JOHN LEE ARMON, aged 29, of Princess Road, Poole, admitted that on November 16, last year, at Decathlon, The Commerce Centre, Redlands, Poole, stole a pair of inline skates to the value of £39.99. Fined £200, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

WILLIAM MATTHEW FLEMING, aged 46, of Hardy Road, Poole, admitted that on August 25, last year, at Sterte Road, Poole, drove a motor vehicle with the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in his blood, namely 4.4mg, exceeding the specified limit. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £200, ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
