MICHAEL WAISTER, aged 67 and of Chestnut Avenue, Christchurch, admits using an unlicensed vehicle on the A338 in Bournemouth on October 22 2015. Fined £135, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £12.09, to pay costs of £90.

DAMIEN LEE BANDEY, 31, of Bargates, Christchurch, admitted fraudulently using a bank card at Purewell News on December 17 2017. He was discharged conditionally for six months, ordered to pay £50 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ADELINE MAUD MILLARD, aged 31 and of Christys Lane, Shaftesbury, admits stealing a bottle of Bombay Sapphire gin valued at £15 from Tesco in Christys Lane on August 26 2017. Fined £20. Also admits having in her possession 2.61g amphetamine, a controlled drug of class B. Fined £40, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months. No action taken on breach.

ROBERT JOHN THOMAS RICHMOND, 31, of no fixed abode, was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge after admitting breaking the terms of a restraining order on December 13 2017.

LUKASZ ADAM KRYSZCZAK, 27, of no fixed abode admitted driving a Fiat Ducato van on the A31 at Ferndown on January 13 without due care and attention. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
