GERALD OLIVER HORAN, aged 29 and of Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, admits using a Ford motor vehicle in West Hill Road, Bournemouth on March 27 when there was not in force a policy of insurance. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20, to pay costs of £85. Also admitted neglecting or refusing to stop a vehicle when directed to do so by a police officer acting in the execution of his duty. Driving record endorsed. Also admitted commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence made by magistrates on July 6 2015. No further action taken on breach.

PATRICK JOHN KENNEDY, aged 71 and of Cashmoor Close, Poole, admits driving a Vauxhall motor car on the A347 New Road in Bournemouth at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on July 11. Fined £70, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30, driving record endorsed with three points.

MARK ANTONY JAMES HUNTER, aged 26 and of Hamilton Crescent, Poole, admits failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a sentence of imprisonment in that his whereabouts were unknown and his supervisor was unable to make contact with him. Committed to prison for 14 days. Also admitted being present at an address in Poole on October 3 from which he was prohibited by a restraining order made by magistrates on April 18. AMBER JOY HATHWAY, aged 24 and off Wood Edge, Ross on Wye, Herefordshire, admits driving a motor vehicle in Wyatts Lane, Wareham on December 30 2016 with 57 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, which exceeded the prescribed limit. SLAWOMIR STORCZYK, aged 36 and of Phippard Way, Poole, convicted of driving an Audi in Commercial Road, Poole on April 7 when using a handheld mobile phone. Fined £150, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30, to pay costs of £300, driving record endorsed with six points.

SARAH LOUISE TATE, aged 51 and of Melbourne Road, Christchurch, admitted driving a vehicle in Melbourne Road, Christchurch on January 29 this year with 50 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, which exceeded the prescribed limit. No obligatory driving disqualification because of the shortness of distance, no other road users, car in good condition, no damage caused. Fined £300, to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30, to pay £200 costs, driving record endorsed with eight points.
