ANDRE LOCKEY, aged 31 and of no fixed abode, admits using towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them on June 8 2017 at the Triangle in Bournemouth. Also admits failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates' Court on June 27 2017. Community order made.
