BENJAMIN KEITH CORKHILL aged 37 of c/o Harting Road, Bournemouth, admits to stealing lighting fixtures to the value of £398 belonging to Next store, Castlepoint Centre, Bournemouth, on 18/2/17. To pay £398 compensation. Also admits to failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates on 9/5/17 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 23/4/17. Fined £50. Also admits to failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates on 2/6/17 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 29/5/17. Fined £50. Also admits to committing fraud by using a bank card of another person intending to obtain vodka valued at £14 for himself at Bournemouth on 20/7/16. To pay £14 compensation. Also admits to breach of commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence order made at Dorset Magistrates on 10/4/17 for two fail bails, a theft, possession of a knife and two burglary offences. The suspended sentence of six months imprisonment suspended for 12 months for these offences, now amended by extending the operational period to 14 months, with two months added to mark the breach. Also admits to breach of commission of a further offence while on conditional discharge for 18 months imposed on 6/12/16 at Dorset Magistrates for the offences of theft, damage and fail bail.

Also admit to the harassment of a second person at Bournemouth between May and June 2017 by confronting and shouting and swearing at them in the street on more than one occasion. To pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Community order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for a maximum of 15 days. Restraining order made.
