Fined £320. To pay £32 victim surcharge and £250 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.
DAVID MORGAN aged 79 of c/o Colman Court, Manor Road, Bournemouth, admits to at Bournemouth failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions between 28/8/09 and 21/11/10 of a change of circumstances which he knew would affect his entitlement to Pension Credit. Fined £80. Also admits to at Bournemouth failing to notify Bournemouth Borough Council between 24/12/12 and 31/3/13 of a change of circumstances which he knew would affect his entitlement to Council Tax Benefit. Also admits to at Bournemouth failing to notify Bournemouth Borough Council between 24/12/12 and 16/3/14 of a change of circumstances which he knew would affect his entitlement to Housing Benefit. Also admits to at Bournemouth failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions between 9/4/12 and 9/3/14 of a change of circumstances which he knew would affect his entitlement to Pension Credit. To pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
ENVER DEMIRCI aged 37 of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits to being the person in whose name a motor vehicle at Bognor Regis on 24/3/16 was registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration when it did not meet the insurance requirements. Fined £100. To pay £20 victim surcharge.
