SHAUN ANTHONY BAXTER of Legion Road, Hamworthy, admits to navigating a vessel without care and caution and at such speech and in such manner as to endanger safety or cause injury to other vessels, moorings, buoys, beacons or other property on 10/8/16 in Poole Harbour. Fined £100, to pay a £30 victim surcharge, to pay costs of £30.

PAUL ANTHONY WESTBROOK-MERRY aged 51, of St Osmunds Road, Poole, admits driving a vehicle in Castle Street, Poole, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion, namely 69 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit on 24/9/16. JACK ALEXANDER BARNES aged 23, of Burton Road, Christchurch, admits assaulting a person by beating on 29/10/16 in Poole. Indefinite restraining order made. Also admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to harassment by repeatedly approaching the victim in public, attending the victim’s address uninvited, making unwanted calls and sending unwanted texts. Also admits entering three roads in Christchurch on 1/11/16, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court on 28/6/16. Committed to prison for 16 weeks concurrent. Also admits assaulting a person by beating in that he threw stones at them, striking the back of their neck, on 1/11/16. Committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent. To pay compensation of £100. Restraining order varied to include new prohibition. Overall length of sentence 16 weeks.
