In The Dock: Three people from Poole who have appeared in court

STEPHEN JOHN WRIGHT aged 44 of Primrose Gardens, Poole, admits to failing to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates on 4/10/16 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 20/9/16. Committed to prison for seven days. Also admits to breach of commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence order made by Dorset Magistrates on 26/4/16 for two driving while disqualified offences. Also admits to breach of commission of a further offence while on conditional discharge for 18 months imposed on 2/8/16 at Dorset Magistrates for an offence of interfering with a motor vehicle. In respect of which a conditional discharge was made for interfering with a vehicle, now committed to prison for 14 days concurrent. In respect of which a conditional discharge was made for entering a private driveway without the permission of the occupant which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order made by Dorset Court on 13/11/15, now committed to prison for 28 days concurrent. In respect of which a suspended sentence of imprisonment of 90 days suspended for 12 months for the first driving while disqualified offence, now implemented. In respect of which a suspended sentence of imprisonment of 90 days suspended for 12 months for second driving while disqualified, now implemented concurrent. Overall length of sentence 97 days.
