KENNETH BRYAN VALIENTE aged 19 of Woodlands Crescent, Poole, admits to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Bournemouth Magistrates on 19/1/16 by failing to report as directed for the unpaid work requirement. Must now continue with the Unpaid Work Requirement by 18/7/17.

MIHAITA BUJOR aged 24 Lander Close, Poole, admits to driving a motor vehicle at Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on 22/10/16 after consuming 106 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit. Community order made. To carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months. To pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

NEIL GEOFFREY JONES aged 46 of Bushell Road, Poole, admits to possession of 27 wraps of diamorphine, a controlled drug of class A, at Poole on 16/11/16. Committed to prison for eight weeks consecutive to offence two. Also admits to being in the company of a person at Poole on 22/9/16 which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed by Bournemouth Court on 28/4/16. Committed to prison for four weeks. Also admits to failing to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates on 7/10/16 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 23/9/16. Committed to prison for one week consecutive to offence one. Overall length of sentence 13 weeks. To pay £115 victim surcharge.
