ANDREW JOHN BISSETT aged 53 of Lockeridge Close, Blandford, admits to using tachograph data which he knew to be false with the intention of inducing someone to accept it as genuine at Poole on 19/5/16. Fined £1,000. Also admits between 17/5/16 and 18/5/16 while on an EC regulated journey, to being the driver of a motor vehicle which failed to take a reduced daily rest period of at least nine consecutive hours in contravention of the Community Drivers’ Hours Regulations. Committed to prison for six weeks consecutive to offence three suspended for 12 months. Also admits to breach of commission of a further offence while on conditional discharge for 12 months imposed on 9/6/16 at West Hampshire Magistrates for the offences of theft and making a false representation to make a gain for self or another. In respect of which a conditional discharge was made for theft, now committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months.
