PHILLIP STUART WINGFIELD aged 22 of Newtown Road, Verwood, admits to driving a motor vehicle at Ringwood Road, Ferndown, at a speed exceeding 40mph when it was subject of a traffic order on 23/3/16. Fined £200. To pay £85 court costs. Driving record endorsed with five points. He was found guilty of failing to give information at the Force Headquarters, Winfrith Newburgh, Dorchester, after 18/1/16 relating to the identification of the driver of a motor vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £500. To pay £50 victim surcharge and £100 court costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.
