JAMES ONEIL aged 31 of Hunter Close, Christchurch, admits to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Bournemouth on 6/8/16 when he was suspected to have driven a motor vehicle and committed an offence. Fined £400. To pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for three years.
