MATTHEW IAN GULLIVER aged 39 of Court Lane, Ripley, Christchurch, admits to being in charge of a dog which was dangerously out of control in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth and whilst so out of control injured a Police Community Support Officer on 27/7/15. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits to being in charge of a dog which was dangerously out of control in Richmond Hill, Bournemouth, and whilst so out of control injured a constable on 18/7/15. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits to being in charge of a dog which was dangerously out of control in Bournemouth Square and whilst so out of control injured a special constable on 12/7/15. To pay £100 compensation. Must keep proper control of the dog by doing the following; keeping it under control at all times in public places, no person under 16 to be left alone with the dog or exercise it unaccompanied, the dog to wear robust collar, harness and short lead in public, the dog to wear a muzzle in public, if the dog is sold the new owner must be made aware of the order, the dog to be microchipped and registered, he must not sleep on the street with the dog, must register the dog with a behaviourist and work with the dog behaviourist to reduce any risk to the public, and the dog to be kept insured.

MARK DAVID JAMES WHITING aged 22 of no fixed abode, was proven in his absence to assaulting person at Christchurch High Street on 21/10/15. Also admits to failing to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates on 8/6/16 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 10/3/16. To pay £50 compensation. To pay £400 court costs.
