SCOTT JAMES SMART aged 28 of Leeson Drive, Ferndown, admits to driving a motor vehicle at Poole on 18/6/16 after consuming 65 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit. Fined £480. To pay £48 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

BENJAMIN THOMAS WILSON aged 25 of Kestrel Close, Ferndown, admits to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Bournemouth Magistrates on 22/4/15 by failing to report as directed for Unpaid Work Requirement.
