IAN RONALD HOWARD aged 57 of Oaks Drive, St Leonards, Ringwood, admits to driving a motor vehicle at A31, Ferndown on 15/6/16 after consuming 42 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit. Fined £700. To pay £70 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
