Also admits to driving a motor vehicle at Poole on 21/5/16 while disqualified from driving and without insurance. Also admits to breach of commission of a further offence while on conditional discharge for three years imposed on 5/3/14 at Chippenham Magistrates for theft offence. Community order made. To participate in an accredited programme for 19 days. Thinking Skills Programme. To carry out unpaid work for 60 hours within the next 12 months. To pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for three years. Also admits to breach of commission of a further offence during suspended sentence order made by Gloucester Court on 26/9/14 for an offence of theft.
