To pay £100 compensation. To pay £15 victim surcharge and £325 court costs. Also was found guilty of assaulting another person at Bournemouth on 17/9/15. To pay £50 compensation.
DANIEL MICHAEL GORAL aged 34 of Moorside, Ringwood, admits to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Bournemouth on 10/4/16 when suspected of having driven a vehicle. Fined £350. To pay £35 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
