TOBIAS MICHAEL JOHN GENT aged 24 of Durdells Avenue, Bournemouth, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order made at Bournemouth Magistrates Court on 07/12/15. Jailed for 16 weeks in total for original offences of assault by beating on 05/11/15, assault by beating on 04/10/12 and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour on 14/07/14.

RICHARD LEE LISLE aged 33 of no fixed abode admitted breaching the requirements of a community order made at Bournemouth Magistrates Court on 03/08/15. Handed a jail sentence of four months suspended for 12 months for original offence of causing victim to fear the use of violence in Bournemouth between 01/03/15 and 22/05/15.

JOSEPH DANIEL GIBBS aged 26 of Portman Road, Bournemouth, admitted driving an Iveco van in Portman Road on 24/04/15 at a speed exceeding the 30mph limit. He was fined £100, with £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge, and his licence was endorsed with three points.

JAMIE SHAKEAL BASTAFIELD aged 31 of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admitted attempted theft of alcohol from Asda in Bournemouth on 03/01/16, breaching a suspended sentence order imposed on 10/12/15 for two offences of theft and one fail bail, breaching a conditional discharge made on 24/07/14 for an offence of theft. He also admitted the theft of Beyonce Heat perfume sets from Lloyds Pharmacy in New Milton on 08/12/15 and on the same date being in possession of heroin, stealing alcohol from the Co-op in Saxon Square Christchurch on 30/01/16 and stealing items from Boots in Birmingham on 21/12/15. He was handed a community order until 15/03/17 with a rehabilitation activity requirement, as well as a 12 week jail term suspended for 15 months and ordered to pay £50 compensation.

VICTOR BUJOR aged 50 of Jefferson Avenue, Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with red light traffic signal in Hawkwood Road on 23/12/15 and driving without insurance or a valid test certificate on the same time and place. He was fined £120 with £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge and his licence was endorsed with six points.

MICHAEL ANDREW CAMPLIN aged 48 of Malmesbury Park Road, Bournemouth, admitted two counts of criminal damage to windows belonging to DWP Housing in St Leonards Road on 04/07/15 and 02/02/16, also assault by beating on 03/08/15 and harassment between 02/08/15 and 05/08/15. Handed an eight week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.

ANDREW LEE GRAHAM aged 46 of Spring Road, Southampton, found guilty of driving an Iveco box van in Ringwood Road, Ferndown on 10/07/15 while not in a position to have proper control. Fined £100 with £620 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three points.

IRENE TURNER aged 60 of Rossmore Road, Poole, found guilty of driving a Ford Fiesta dangerously in Longfleet Road, Poole, and on the A35 on 20/07/15. Community order made until 07/06/16 with an electronically monitored curfew. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, ordered to pay £300 court costs and £60 victim surcharge.
