DANIEL CHRISTOPHER MATTHEWS aged 47 of Wellington Road, Bournemouth, admitted driving a Seat Leon on the A38 Kennford Bypass in Devon on 06/04/15 at a speed exceeding the temporary 50mph limit. Fined £100 with a £20 victim surcharge, driving record endorsed with three points.

LYDIA KATHERINE CHRISTINE MIRCO aged 30 of St Luke’s Road, Bournemouth, convicted in absence of driving in Castle Lane East, Bournemouth, on 09/06/15 without insurance and on the same occasion failed to surrender her licence. ROBERT ANDREW THOMAS TOWERS aged 22 of HMP Winchester admitted assault by beating in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on 03/01/16, assaulting a constable on the same date in St Pauls Road, failing to surrender on 21/01/16 and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was also sentenced for the original offences of stealing boxes of fish from West Beach restaurant, Bournemouth, on 28/11/2015 and failing to surrender on 15/12/15. Also admitted theft of fragrances from Debenhams, Bournemouth, on 06/01/16, being drunk and disorderly in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on 12/01/16, burglary at WH Smiths Bournemouth on 10/02/16 and two counts of assault by beating in Falkland Square, Poole, on 19/01/16. Jailed for a total of 16 weeks, to pay £80 compensation.

ALISON JOANNE BUTCHER-KENNEDY aged 37 of Exton Road, Bournemouth, convicted of stealing jeans in Southampton on 18/10/14 and going equipped for theft. Community order made until 16/03/17, also £60 victim surcharge.

STEPHEN CRAIG ANTHONY BATEMAN aged 25 of Whatleigh Close, Poole, admitted assault by beating in Kingston Road, Poole, on 09/12/15, and harassment between 01/10/15 and 10/12/15. Also admitted failing to surrender on 14/03/16. Community order made until 16/03/17 with 60 hours unpaid work. Also £85 court costs and £60 victim surcharge.

JASON WILLIAM FOSTER aged 44 of St Pauls Lane, Bournemouth, admitted using threatening or abusive words of behaviour and assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty in Westover Road, Bournemouth, on 29/02/16. Also theft of a sat nav in Lincoln Avenue, Bournemouth, on 03//03/16, committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge imposed on 06/10/15 for two counts of theft, breaching a suspended sentence order imposed on 03/07/15 for assault by beating at St Paul’s night shelter. Jailed for six weeks.

ADAM DANIEL ARCHER aged 36 of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admitted stealing a TomTom sat nav from a car in Palmerston Road, Boscombe, on 17/08/15, stealing an Autel Maxiscan car diagnostic scanner from a another vehicle in the same road on the same date and committing fraud at Cash Convertor in Christchurch Road, Boscombe, by attempting to sell the sat nav on the same date. He was handed a six week prison sentence suspended for nine months and ordered to pay £65 compensation.

ASHTON ANTONY WISCHHUSEN aged 19 of St Swithun’s Road, Bournemouth, admitted stealing a Samsung mobile phone, cash and shoes and assault by beating in the Triangle, Bornemouth, on 12/12/15. Also admitted breaching a conditional discharge imposed on 25/11/15 for offences of criminal damage and failing to surrender. Community order made for one year with 150 hours unpaid work. Also to pay £85 court costs.
