Also admitted on the same date possessing a folding cutting knife with a blade exceeding three inches and breaching a suspended sentence order imposed on 07/07/15 at South and East Cheshire Magistrates Court for the offence of assault by beating. Jailed for 31 weeks and disqualified from driving for 12 months.
CATHERINE ANNE ROSE aged 47 of Blandford Road, Sturminster Marshall, admitted breaching a restraining order in Wimborne on 11/08/15, on 15/08/15, on 17/08/15, on 18/08/15, criminal damage at the same location on 11/08/15 and breaching a conditional discharge imposed on 17/04/14 for the offence of assault by beating. Community order made for one year with rehabilitation requirement, plus a restraining order until 16/03/18, £300 fine, £300 costs.
