The defendant required to carry out under supervision unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months. Admitted on January 18, 2015, at Pilford Heath Road, assaulted a women by beating her. Community order as above. Victim surcharge £60. Costs of £170.
IAN GREEN aged 51 of Phelipps Road, Corfe Mullen. Admitted driving a Ford Mondeo between Canford Bottom and Merley Bird roundabout with 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £700. To pay victim surcharge of £70. Costs of £85. Disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months. Disqualification to be reduced by 91 days if the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
