Also admitted breach of a non-molestation order when on 27/06/2014 at Tesco Petrol Station, Poole Road, Branksome, he approached and attempted to speak to a person which he was prohibited from doing. Community order made to carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next twelve months. To pay victim surcharge of £60. Costs £85.
TERRY ALAN HAWKINS aged 28 of Dewlish Close, Poole. Pleaded not guilty but found guilty of damaging a garden gate to the value of £90 at Mallard Road, Bournemouth on 08/04/2014. Conditional discharge of six months. To pay compensation of £90. To pay victim surcharge of £15. Costs £100.
