Also admitted stealing a post office card at Highcliffe. Also admitted two counts of fraud by false representation, by using the card at Tuckton Post Office, intending to make a gain of £445.50. Namely using the above post office card at Tuckton Post Office, Tuckton Road, Bournemouth, purporting to be the account holder, intending to make a total gain of £445.50. Offences dealt with by Bournemouth Crown Court – onemonth imprisonment imposed for each offence to run concurrently with 27-month sentence imposed at crown court.

JORDAN ANTHONY VOLLER aged 20 of Southey Road, Christchurch. Convicted in absence of sending a threatening Facebook message. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Committed to detention for 56 days suspended for 12 months. To pay compensation of £50. Costs £250.

MARTIN PAUL BOSTOCK aged 30 of Monkswell Green, Christchurch. Pleaded not guilty but found guilty of stealing Lego and headphones, to the value of £63.72, belonging to Sainsbury’s, Lyndhurst Road, Christchurch. Fined £75. To pay victim surcharge of £20. Costs £85.

MARK ANTHONY HOWELLS aged 36 of Ringwood Road, Bransgore. Admitted stealing £4,200 from Toby Carvery, Hinton. Community order made to carry out unpaid work for 240 hours within the next 12 months. To pay compensation of £1,000.
