A 13-YEAR-OLD girl is to be electronically tagged during the hours of her curfew after breaking an antisocial behaviour order (Asbo).
Poole magistrates heard the Bournemouth girl had been entering areas where she was prohibited from going.
She was also associating with people she was barred from seeing and was not at home between 9pm and 7am every day as required.
The girl, who admitted the offences, was made subject to a supervision order lasting six weeks. Magistrates also required her to be under a curfew, requiring her to stay home from 9pm to 5am and be electronically tagged, until March 21.
The original Asbo had been made when she appeared before Dorset Youth Court in November 2017.
An order was made prohibiting the girl being identified in the media.
