POLICE have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to after a teenage boy lost several teeth in a fight outside a Bournemouth nightclub.

The casualty, a 17-year-old boy from York, was injured following a row outside Truth in Exeter Road at 2.15am on Saturday, December 16 2017.

Officers were called to reports that two groups of people were pushing and shoving each other outside the venue.

A 25-year-old Christchurch man was arrested on suspicion of assault and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and released under investigation. A knuckle duster was seized.

The teenage boy, who also sustained a head injury, was taken to Poole Hospital for treatment.

A second 25-year-old man, also from Christchurch, was subsequently identified and was questioned by officers. He was released under investigation.

Detective Constable Mark Richardson, of Bournemouth CID, said: “Our investigation into this incident remains ongoing and, following an earlier appeal, I am now in the position to issue CCTV images of a third man that I would like to identify.

“I would ask anyone who recognises this man to please contact Dorset Police.”
