Man arrested on suspicion of assaulting woman
POLICE received a report of an assault on a woman at an address in Braishfield Gardens in Bournemouth on Wednesday night.
The victim, a woman aged in her 40s, did not require hospital treatment.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “Following enquiries, officers attended an address in Bramshaw Gardens and a 45-year-old Bournemouth man was arrested on suspicion of assault at around 8am today, Thursday 22 February 2018.
“He is currently assisting officers with their enquiries.”
