PAUL STEWART BURSEY, 29, of Tytherley Green, Bournemouth, found guilty after summary trial of driving in Ashley Road, Poole, on March 1, 2017, while using a mobile phone. Fined £175, with £620 costs and £30 victim surcharge, and banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Also admitted breaching a conditional discharge order. LAURA JANE FRANCIS, 40, of High East Street, Dorchester, admitted theft of perfume from Debenhams in Bournemouth on January 4, 2018, and breaching a conditional discharge order made for two offences of theft in Weymouth in 2016. Fined £15 with £30 victim surcharge.

MATTHEW JOHN BAMBER, 42, of West Mills Road, Dorchester, admitted driving in Dale Valley Road, Poole, on October 7, 2017, with more than the specified limit of cocaine in his blood. DANIEL SEARS, 38, of Hengistbury Road, Barton-on-Sea, found guilty after summary trial of harassment of a person in Christchurch between July 26 and September 8, 2017. WIMBORNE

ASHLIE LOUISE STANNER, aged 25 and of New Borough Road, Wimborne, admits assaulting a person thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm in Wimborne on April 22 2017. PHILIP ADRIAN TUBBS, aged 68, of Golf Links Road, Ferndown. Admitted that on 1/12/2017 at Golf Links Road, Ferndown, drove a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol, namely 81ug/micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit.
