A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of assault and false imprisonment.
At 9.14pm on Tuesday, a vehicle came to the attention of police in the Boscombe area that was linked to a man suspected of offences of assault and false imprisonment.
A search was carried out, with assistance from the NPAS helicopter.
The vehicle, believed to be a silver Range Rover, was located in Exeter Crescent in Bournemouth.
An eyewitness reported seeing five police cars entering the car park under the BH2 complex.
A 35-year-old man from West Yorkshire was arrested on suspicion of assault and false imprisonment and is assisting officers with their enquiries.
