A MAN accused of causing grievous bodily harm without intent has been acquitted.
Jarrad Bodfish, 43, of Knyveton Road in Bournemouth, first entered a not guilty plea to the charge during an appearance at Poole Magistrates' Court in April of this year.
Prosecutors alleged he had injured another man, a visiting tradesman, in a row over communal parking.
The alleged offence was said to have taken place on September 10 last year.
Mr Bodfish was acquitted at Bournemouth Crown Court in October.
