VANDALS have slashed the tyres of cars parked in a Christchurch street - for the second time.

Police are calling for anyone with information to come forward after the tyres of three cars parked in Glenville Road, Walkford were punctured between 5pm on Sunday, November 12 and 8am on Monday, November 13.

The cars were damaged in the same way between Monday, October 23 and Tuesday, October 24.

PC Jason Funnell, of Christchurch police, said: “This repeated damage has caused the owners a great deal of inconvenience and expense."
