A MAN has appeared in court charged with robbery and wounding after an alleged incident in which a taxi driver was injured.
Srdan Ivas, 36, of no fixed abode, has been charged with two counts of robbery, one count of wounding with intent, attempted robbery and resisting arrest in Bournemouth on Wednesday.
It is alleged a man tried to steal a money bag from a taxi driver at Exeter Road following another robbery at a nearby property.
It is also alleged that the taxi driver - an unnamed 44-year-old man from Bournemouth - was stabbed during an altercation.
Ivas has been remanded into custody and is due to appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on May 19.
