Police are appealing for the public's help to find a wanted man.

Detectives are asking for help to find a 48-year-old man who is wanted for breaching his licence conditions.

Lee Blake Taylor, otherwise known as Scerri, was released from prison on Tuesday, August 2 after serving part of a 30-month prison sentence for robbery. 

Since then has has failed to comply with the requirements of his licence and is now wanted by police.  Detective Superintendent Chris Naughton, of Dorset Police, said: “I am releasing a photo of Lee Taylor in the hope that someone will know of his whereabouts.

“We have information to suggest that Lee was in the Bournemouth area on Thursday 1 September 2016.

“While we have no information that Lee presents a direct risk to the public, anyone who sees Lee should not approach him but immediately contact Dorset Police on 999.”

Lee is described as white, five feet seven inches, of medium build and with short cropped brown hair and blue eyes.

Detective Superintendent Naughton continued: “I’d like to assure members of the public that officers are making every effort to find Lee Taylor as soon as possible.”
