A woman has been charged in connection with an alleged street robbery in Boscombe.
Sometime between 5.40am and 6am on Monday, May 30, it was reported that a 17-year-old boy from Weymouth was assaulted as he walked in the area of Walpole Road and Salisbury Road.
It is alleged his mobile phone and a quantity of cash was stolen.
The boy required treatment at Poole Hospital for a broken jaw.
The 36-year-old from Bournemouth faces one count of robbery and one of grievous bodily harm and is next due to appear before Bournemouth Crown Court on Thursday, July 28.
