Police have found a 21-year-old who failed to return from police bail.
Jack Cooper, from the New Forest, has been charged with theft of a vehicle,
failing to answer police bail, driving without insurance, driving without a licence, drink driving and failing to stop for a police officer.
He will appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court on March 10.
