Lee Ford, who went missing leaving his possessions on a beach in July, has appeared before a judge at Bournemouth Crown Court.
The 43-year-old, accused of two counts of sexual assault, did not enter a plea to the charges against him. He was bailed to live as directed by the Probation Service and will next appear at the court on September 8. Ford was found safe and well in Exeter earlier this month.
