THOMAS MICHAEL COOPER aged 20 of Melbury Avenue, Poole. Admitted damaging a window belonging to The Victoria Cross Public House, intending to destroy or damage. Community order made to be under a curfew for three weeks. Start date 28/08/2014. End date: 17/09/2014. Also to be electronically monitored. To pay compensation of £263.

CARLEY McGLONE-THOMSON aged 31 of Milborne Crescent, Poole. Admitted obtaining income support when dishonestly made a statement to the Department for Work and Pensions which was false, namely she failed to declare that she was maintaining a common household with another person. Conditional discharge of two years. To pay victim surcharge of £15. Costs £85.

CARL PINFIELD aged 48 of Evering Avenue, Poole. Admitted driving a Jaguar car, Reg No OE03 JAU, on Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth with 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £150. To pay victim surcharge of £20. Costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months. To be reduced by 105 days if the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

IAN MURRAY McLACHLAN aged 60 of Rosemary Road, Poole. Admitted driving a Jaguar X-type, on Rosemary Road, Poole on 10/08/2014 with 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £140. To pay victim surcharge of £20. Costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months. To be reduced by 129 days if the defendant satisfactorily completes course approved by the Secretary of State.

ROBERT WILLIAM BROADBANK aged 36 of Chubbs Mews, Parkstone, Poole. Pleaded not guilty but found guilty of assaulting a person at King John Avenue, Bournemouth on 03/05/2014. Also admitted threatening violence towards a person which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made by Bournemouth and Poole County Court on March 20, 2014. Community order made to participate in the Positive Relationships programme for 15 days. Restraining order made not to contact directly or indirectly that person, except in connection with contact arrangements for the children which are to be made via Social Services or a solicitor. To pay victim surcharge of £60. Costs £150.

JENNIFER LOUISE CONNOR aged 23 of Ringwood Road, Poole. Admitted assaulting a person by beating her on 26/06/2014 at Poole. Community order made to attend appointments with the Responsible Officer. Also to carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next twelve months. To pay compensation of £100.

NEIL MARK PINCHBECK aged 31 of Pearce Road, Poole. Pleaded not guilty but found guilty of assaulting a person by beating her at Redhoave Road, Poole on 17/05/2014. Restraining order made not to have contact directly or indirectly with that person save through Social Services in relation to contact with the child.

JOHN JEFFREY FARRAR aged 67 of Slough Lane, Poole. Admitted exceeding 50 mph speed limit at Dorset Way, Poole. Fined £80. To pay victim surcharge or £20. Licence endorsed with three points.

MARTIN LAZENBY aged 47 of No Fixed Address. Admitted entering the area of Poole on 24/08/2014 which he was prohibited from doing by an anti-social behaviour order. Fined £75. To pay victim surcharge of £20.

DARREN O’SULLIVAN of Plantation Road, Poole. Admitted between 9/12/13 and 27/5/14 at Poole, without reasonable excuse failed to comply with an abatement notice, namely that the defendant failed to remove all equipment capable of amplifying sound from the said premises or controlling the volume of said equipment so that not to cause disturbance to nearby residents. Discharged conditionally for two years. To pay victim surcharge of £15. Costs of £250.

DARREN MATTHEWS aged 37 of Turlin Road, Poole. Proved in absence that on 25/3/14 at Bournemouth, entered a train for the purpose of travelling without having a valid ticket. Fined £160. To pay compensation of £3.90. To pay victim surcharge of £20. Costs of £140.

MARK SMITH aged 36 of Cecil Road, Poole. Admitted at Branksome, travelled on a train without having paid the fare of £6.10. Fined £65. To pay compensation of £6.10. To pay victim surcharge of £20. Costs of £50. Also admitted having failed to pay the fare, gave in reply to a request by an officer of the railway company, a false name and address. Fined £65.

KEVIN THOMAS aged 51 of Fitzworth Avenue, Poole. Proved in absence that on 20/3/14 at Hamworthy, not being in a designated ticket area on the railway, failed to hand over his ticket for inspection and verification of validity when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fined £160. To pay compensation of £2.80. To pay victim surcharge of £20. Costs of £140.

STEPHEN WILLIAM WHITING aged 44 of Bournemouth Road, Poole. Admitted that between 23 February and 13 March 2014 pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of others, namely that the defendant made numerous phone calls to them. Community order made. The defendant to be under curfew for eight weeks and be electronically monitored. A restraining order has also been made. To pay victim surcharge of £60. Costs of £200.

RYAN LEE ARNOLD aged 20 of Oxford Gardens, Poole. Admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug. No separate penalty. Also admits at Russell Gardens, Poole, handled stolen goods, namely a carbon fibre GT mountain bike. Fined £100. To pay victim surcharge of £20. Costs of £85.

CLAIRE LOUISE STEWART aged 35 of Wareham Road, Poole. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by East Dorset Magistrates Court on 14/9/12 by failing to work as directed on a weekly basis and failing to respond to letters requesting the defendant contact community payback.
