If we’d thought it was going to be a holiday with a bit of light strolling thrown in, we were soon disabused of that notion by the sight of the exhausted figures staggering into Macchu Pichu, gasping for air.

Every journey starts with a single step

... but what good is stepping of you don't have a good pair of boots? And boots, well, they’re like tyres. For your feet. The difference is that your car isn’t going to pull over all by itself halfway to your destination crying “ooh, I’ve got a dreadful blister on me hubcap” if his tyres don’t fit properly.
