GET your earplugs out - Bournemouth Air Festival's noisiest plane is returning for the festivities this summer.

It makes babies cry and sets off car alarms across the town but the Typhoon remains a firm favourite with the crowds.

The RAF Typhoon Display Team 2015 programme has been unveiled and confirms three appearances in Bournemouth from Friday August 21 to Sunday August 23.

The team will be visiting venues across the UK and even travelling as far as Romania between May 3 and September 20.

Throughout the season the team will be helping to raise money for the RAF Association and fly2help, a national charity helping more people to experience the wonder of flight.

The Typhoon display pilot for the season has been named as Flight Lieutenant Jonathan Dower.

It is just one of the attractions lined up for the hugely popular air festival, to run from August 20-23 in Bournemouth.

The Red Arrows have already confirmed they will be flying every day of the festival.

As well as the entertainment in the air, there will be plenty to do on land with live music and displays throughout the weekend.
