Eleven deny mortgage fraud charges totalling £4m

ELEVEN people stood together in the dock to face mortgage fraud charges totalling nearly £4million.
They appeared at Bournemouth Crown Court and denied a total of 18 charges in the trial, expected to last for up to eight weeks.
Amanda Powis, 44, of Riggs Gardens, Bournemouth faces a total of 14 charges and Alex Chiswell, 33, of Tangmere Rise, Eastleigh is charged with 10 offences.
His wife, Lisa, formerly Lisa Harvey, of the same address, faces one charge.
Dermot O'Malley-Keyes, 60, of Southbourne Road, Bournemouth is accused of three offences and his 59-year-old wife, Madeleine, of the same address is alleged to have committed two offences.
Colin Zaczyk, aged 40, of Bassetwood Drive, Southampton faces five charges and Robert Baird of Juniper Close, in Andover, faces two charges.
Four more people are charged with one offence each. They are John Hudson, 51, of Commercial Road, Bournemouth, Lee Smith, 32, of Cavendish Place, Bournemouth, Paul Morgan, 36, of Etches Close, Bournemmouth and 38-year-old Maxine Gribben who lives in Luton.
Prosecutor David Bartlett was due to continue with his opening address to a jury of six men and six women today.
